BBC 1 Appearance, Soccer Six Champions & 2018 update

Recent months have been a very, very busy time for Wrong Jovi. So please accept our apologies for not positing as regularly here on wrongjovi.com. A lot has happened since August, so now seems like a great time to document that!

BBC 1 - 'EVEN BETTER THAN THE REAL THING'

Some of you may have noticed some familiar faces on your TV set a few weeks ago, as Wrong Jovi featured on the BBC 1 Prime Time show 'Even Better Than The Real Thing'. We had a great, yet surreal time, filming the show with our friends in Green Haze and Guns 2 Roses and also made many more new friends from the industry. Thank you to the staff at BBC for including us! Look out for more TV appearances in future!!!

CELEBRITY SOCCER SIX CHAMPIONS 2018

Two years ago Wrong Jovi descended on the Celebrity Soccer Six Tournament at Mile End Stadium to represent our friends from 2 Cards Of 25. This year we went back as Wrong Jovi, in our own right... and the rest, as they say, is history. Wrong Jovi maintained a 100% winning record right to the final, seeing off fellow rockers and even porn stars on their march to victory. Members of the band featuring in the squad were Ally Ward, Jonny Price, Rob 'Roadie' Harding (making a cameo role of 5 minutes - he is nearly 65 after all!!!) and Mark Harding, who clocked up a magnificent 11 goals.

A great day was had by all and it was fantastic to hook up again with our good friends in The Darkness, who sadly fell in their cup final to Malorie Knox.

2018 TOUR DATES

2018 is already shaping up to be even bigger and better than 2017. So far we have already announced a tour with the fantastic Guns N Roses Experience, a headline slot at Tribfest Bahrain, a Dubai show and a theatre tour of Scotland! We have many more announcements in the pipeline, but we are having to keep our lips sealed for the time being! Please be patient and we will most certainly see you in 2018!
